Spain\'s Gamesa proposes Polish wind energy project
MADRID - Spanish energy firm Gamesa GAM.MC [http://GAM.MC] has made proposals
for a large-scale wind energy project in Poland, company officials said this
week. A Gamesa representative raised the proposals at a meeting with visiting
Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and other Polish officials in Madrid,
saying the company was eager to know Poland\'s response to the idea. The
proposals call for setting up wind parks in Poland and the creation of three
industrial plants in Poland to build wind turbines with the creation of more
than 1,000 jobs. A Gamesa spokesman said the proposals were still at a draft
