V rámci projektu pilotních dodávek vody a kanalizace byl vypsán tendr na obnovu systému vodních dodávek ve městě Orhei. Tento tendr je financován úvěrem Světové banky. Uzávěrka nabídek do tendru je 14. července 2006. Nabídka do tendru musí být zpracována v angličtině.

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in UN Development Business No. 675 of 31 March 2006.
The Republic of Moldova has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Pilot Water Supply and Sanitation Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the rehabilitation of water supply system in the town of Orhei, ICB/14.
The Water Supply and Sanitation Projects Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works for the rehabilitation of the water supply system in the town of Orhei.
The construction period is approximately seven months.
Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 1995, revised January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
The bidders are allowed to participate in the bidding for any one or several or all lots. Each lot shall be evaluated separately and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated responsive bid for each lot.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Water Supply and Sanitation Projects Implementation Unit at the address below during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours (local time) Monday through Friday.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee MDL 150 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
The method of payment will be direct deposit to the account No. 225130282 (for MDL) or 225130283 (for US$); Bank code: 280101805 opened with Moldova-Agroindbank S.A.
The bidding documents will be sent by airmail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below by 1000 hours on 14 July 2006. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of a minimum of 2 per cent of the bid price for each lot or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
