A Turkish chemical company produces soda chemicals with high amount of solid waste more than 500.000 tons/year.This solid waste has higher level of moisture (%50-60) with its chemical features.The company is looking for new economical solutions (filtration,decanter,etc) to reduce high level of moisture content of the waste sludge from %50-60 to below %10 by utilizing solar energy. The company is seeking partners for technical cooperation and commercial agreement with technical assistance.
A company form Turkey is specialized in chemical industry produces soda chemicals. However, during its manufacturing process huge amounts of solid waste arise. This solid waste has high level of moisture (almost%60). The company needs more environmentally friendly solution to reduce this amount of moisture. The aim of this request is to find the most economical drying system for the waste sludge of the soda plant. Due to the large production, sludge is economically and environmentally an unwanted burden. This company discharges more than 500,000 tons of solid waste/year with 50-60 % moisture. On dry basis solid waste amount is about 220,000 tons/year.The company is now looking for a new low cost drying technology/solution to use it in the soda plant and in other areas.
