Contract description: Supply: delivery of the equipment, putting into operation,
training by the supplier, warranty and maintenance services for the period of
two years. 7. Number and titles of lots: Lot No 1 Compactor 2 pcs - capacity
minimum 30 Mg, compacting width minimum 3,7 m, tamped (pegged) wheels, four
wheeled engine power min. 200 kW, trimmer height min. 2,0 m, trimmer width min.
3,7 m; Bulldozer 1 pc - engine power minimum 90 kW, capacity minimum 12 Mg,
blade capacity min. 2 m3, min. blade tilt 0,5 m, min. blade brace angle 25o;
Wheel loader 1 pc - engine power minimum 160 kW, capacity minimum 15 Mg,
standard shovel min. 3 m3, load height min. 4 m; Power generator 1 pc - 55 kVA.
Lot No 2 Shredder for bulky waste 1 pc - equipment used for shredding all kinds
of bulky waste (wooden furniture, cushioned furniture (especially couches),
household appliances including refrigerators with refrigerating unit, washing
machines, RTV equipment including radio and TV-sets and small bulky waste,
municipal waste; type of fitting: portable, fit for handling and transporting by
vehicle with typical loading-hooking equipment; capacity: not less than 15 Mg/h
(assuming that 50% is furniture and municipal type waste, 25% RTV equipment and
household appliances waste, and 25% remaining waste). Conditions of
participation 8. Eligibility and rule of origin: Participation is open on equal
terms to all natural and legal persons [participating either individually or in
a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] of the Member States and the ISPA
countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania,
Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) and Cyprus, Malta and Turkey. All goods
provided for this contract must originate in these countries. 9. Grounds for
exclusion: Tenderers must provide a declaration that they are not in any of the
situations listed in Section 2.3 of the Manual of Instructions for External
Relations contracts (available from the following Internet address:
http://europa.eu.int/comm/europeaid/tender/gestion/index_en.htm). 10. Number of
tenders: Tenderers (including firms within the same legal group, other members
of the same consortium and subcontractors) may submit tender for one or two
lots. Tenders for parts of a lot will not be considered. Any tenderer may state
in their tender that they would offer a discount in the event that their tender
is accepted for more than one lot. Tenderers may not provide a tender for a
variant solution in addition to their tender for the supplies required in the
tender dossier. 11. Tender guarantee: Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee
of lot 1: 9 500 EUR and lot 2: 4 000 EUR when submitting a tender. This
guarantee will be released to unsuccessful tenderers once the tender procedure
has been completed and to the successful tenderer(s) upon signature of the
contract by all parties. This guarantee will be called upon if the tenderer does
not fulfil all obligations stated in its tender. 12. Performance guarantee: The
successful tenderer will be requested to provide a performance guarantee of 10%
of the contract value in euro when countersigning the contract. This must be
delivered within 30 days after receipt by the tenderer of the contract signed by
the Contracting Authority. If the selected tenderer fails to provide such a
guarantee within this period, the contract will be void and a new contract may
be drawn up and sent to the tenderer which has submitted the next most
economically advantageous, compliant tender. 13. Information meeting and/or site
visit: Not applicable. 14. Tender validity: Tenders must remain valid for a
period of 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders. 15. Maximum
delivery period: Three months following the contract signature. Selection and
