ELEKTROPRIVREDA REPUBLIKE SRPSKE of Trebinje, (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Environmental Upgrading of Thermal Power Plants. The Employer now invites sealed tenders from all interested contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: LOT A: The reconstruction of ash and slag loading and transportation system in TPP Ugljevik, and LOT B: The reconstruction of slag transportation system in TPP Gacko as specified in the attached documents. Tenderers may tender for one or both lots. Tenders will be evaluated on a per – lot basis and contracts will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive tenderer for each lot. The Tenderer shall quote for all items in a specific lot. Partial tenders will not be considered and will be rejected as non – responsive. Tendering for contract to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from all countries. The proceeds of the Bank’s Loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to person or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of United Nations. a) Tender documents may be obtained from the office at the address below, starting from December 5, 2003, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 (three hundred) EUROS or equivalent in a convertible currency. Upon request, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
