Anotace tendru:

Bosna a Hercegovina obdržela od Mezinárodní Asociace pro Rozvoj (IDA) v rámci Světové banky (WB) úvěr na financování projektu nakládání s tuhými odpady a část prostředků hodlá použít na platby kontraktu na výstavbu odpadových kazet č. 3, 4 a 5 na hygienické skládce v Zenici. Doba výstavby je čtyři měsíce. Vhodní zájemci o účast v tendru mohou zakoupit kompletní tendrovou dokumentaci v angličtině na základě písemné žádosti a po zaplacení nevratného poplatku ve výši 200 BAM nebo 100 EUR. Nabídky musí být doručeny na níže uvedenou adresu nejpozději do 19. února 2008 do 12:00 hodin. Spolu s nabídkou musí být doručena záruka za nabídku ve výši 55.000 BAM nebo ekvivalentu ve volně směnitelné měně.

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice that appeared in UN Development Business No. 684 of 16 August 2006.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Solid Waste Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the credit proceeds toward payments under the contract for construction of disposal cells No. 3, 4 and 5 at sanitary landfill Moscanica in Zenica. This contract will be jointly financed by the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bidding will be governed by the World Bank’s eligibility rules and procedures.

The Regional sanitary landfill “Moscanica” Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction of disposal cell no. 3, 4 and 5 at sanitary landfill Moscanica in Zenica. The delivery/construction period is four months.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Regional sanitary landfill “Moscanica” Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina at the address below during office hours (from 0900 to 1300 hours - CET local time). A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of BAM 200 or Euro 100. The method of payment will be direct deposit to the specified account as follows:

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of BAM 55,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and be delivered to the address below by 1200 hours (CET) on 19 February 2008. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the same address. Late bids will be rejected.
