Supply and delivery of plastic and metal, two and four wheeled bins to sites and households in East Riding of Yorkshire. Tenderers should be aware that although the contracting authority for the purpose of this procurement is East Riding of Yorkshire Council, one or more other local authorities and/or public bodies may choose to access the concluded contract, without creating any obligation on behalf of any of them to do so. In that event, the contractual relationship would be between the individual local authority or public body accessing the contract and the contractor.
