V rámci vytvořeného fondu na dekontaminaci jaderné elektrárny Kozloduj je vypsáno výběrové řízení na získávání a zpracování zpevněných odpadu z odpařovacích nádrží na koncentrát (BG-Kozloduy). Nabídka do tendru musí být zaslána do 25. 2. 2008. Nabídka do tendru musí být zpracována v angličtině.

INVITATION FOR TENDERS
REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA
KOZLODUY INTERNATIONAL DESOMMICCIONING SUPPORT FUND
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published in Procurement Opportunities on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development website on 2.8.2006 (Ref. 5400-GPN-17149) and in the Bulgarian newspaper `Monitor` dated 2.8.2006, and updated in August 2007.
Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP), hereinafter referred to as the Employer, intends using a grant received from the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund, administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of a facility for retrieval and processing of the solidified phase from evaporator concentrate tanks.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from potential Contractors for the following contract to be funded from the grant:
This is a `Plant and Design- Built` contract for equipment supply, installation and commissioning. Overall the Contractor`s scope is to provide to the Employer: technology, design, fabrication, testing, inspection, shipping, documentation, analyses, installation, training, commissioning, quality assurance and other associated activities needed to provide a safe, complete, licensed and operational facility.
Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from the Bank is open to firms from all eligible countries as of 1.1.2007. These are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Romania and the EBRD`s countries of operation.
The proceeds of the Bank`s Grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers will have to demonstrate to the Employer that it substantially satisfies the requirements detailed in the Instructions to Tender and Tender Data regarding its recent relevant experience and capabilities to provide such systems and equipment and associated services.
Tender documents may be obtained at the Employer`s Mailing address listed below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of EUR 250, or equivalent in a convertible currency, in cash, or by bank transfer to the following bank accounts:

Bank commissions and fees shall be to the expense of the tenderer.
If requested, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of EUR 10 000 or its equivalent in a convertible currency.
Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before 16:00 (local Bulgarian time) on 25.2.2008, and at 11:00 on 26.2.2008 (local Bulgarian time) they will be opened in the presence of those tenderers` representatives who choose to attend.
Tenders delivered after this deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
