The designed capacity of the plant is 330.000 m3/day. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of Euro 128 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services to be funded from the Banks loan. The Contractor now intends firms and joint-ventures to tender for a contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan with the following main components under Part C 2 of the Contract: Contract 1. Supply of Sand and Gravel supply of 464.000 tons of sand, maximum. The supply may be divided for several suppliers and lots, not less than 80.000 tons each lot or supplier. supply of 68.000 tons of crushed stone aggregate, maximum. The supply may be divided for several suppliers and lots, not less than 20.000 tons each lot or supplier. Contract 2. Demolition Works demolishing existing structures which will not be used as the part of the Permanent Works Tendering for the above mentioned contracts is open to firms and joint-ventures of firms from any country. Contracts will be subject to the Banks Procurement policies and Rules. The proceeds of the Banks loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under law of official regulation of the Russian Federation.
