Anotace tendru:

V rámci projektu implementace konzultanských služeb v oblasti Karaduvarské čistírny byl vypsán tendr na konzultantské služby - supervize prací, dohled nad nákupem provozního zařízení, dohled nad závazky. Konzultanské služby budou financovány úvěrem Evropské investiční banky. Nabídka do tendru musí být zpracována v angličtině.

Invitation for the tender of Mersin Wastewater Project

The Republic of Turkey Mersin Water and Sewerage Administration, MESKİ General Directorate intends to assign a consultant for supervising the Turnkey Design, and construction for Karaduvar Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pumping Stations, Pressure Pipelines and Sea Outfall Structure with alteration at two existing pumping stations planned to be constructed within the scope of the `Mersin Wasterwater Project`. The requested consultancy services will include the following tasks:

1- Supervision of Works
2- Supervision for Procurement of the Operation Equipment
3- Supervision of the Liability

The Consultancy Services which will be financed by the loan provided by the European Investment Bank (EIB), Luxembourg, within the framework of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership will be tendered on international competitive basis.

MESKİ hereby invites international local and foreign firm/firms to submit their bids to apply to the consultancy tender for the above mentioned works. In case, the applicants apply as joint ventures or consortia, the pilot company should have international experience.

The applicants are requested to prove that they are qualified to perform the tasks defined in the tender documents and have successfully completed similar works in the past.

The tender documents and required information may be obtained from the General Directorate of MESKİ with a charge of 1.000 YTL (including VAT) by the representatives of the bidders from 15.05.2006 on. Latest purchase date is 10.07.2006.

The offers will be submitted both in English and Turkish to MESKİ (to the following address) latest on 12.07.2006, Wednesday, at 12:00 o`clock. The applicants shall submit a bid bond of an amount of 120.000 Euro together with their bids. The bids will be officially opened in presence of the representatives of the bidders, who wish to attend, on the same day (12.07.2006) at 14:00 o`clock at MESKİ Meeting Room. Late submissions due to any reason will not be accepted.

MESKİ is not bound by the conditions of the Public Awarding Law No: 4734 of the Turkish Republic for the tender of above mentioned works.
