Anotace tendru:

Magistrát města Budapešti obdržel půjčku od IBRD (Mezinárodní banky pro obnovu a rozvoj) ve výši EUR 27,600.000,- na financování obecního projektu čištění odpadních vod a zamýšlí jeho část použít na nákup zboží, prací, technických a konzultantských služeb. Tento projekt je spolufinancován Evropskou investiční bankou (EIB) a GEF (Global Environmental Facility). Projekt zahrnuje : nákup zařízení na odvoz a odklízení pevného odpadu, monitorovací systém znečištění vod, čistírnu odpadních vod. Zainteresovaní účastníci si mohou vyžádat předkvalifikační dokumenty na níže uvedeném kontaktu.

This is an update of the general procurement notice published in UN Development Business, No. 658 of 16 July 2005.

The Municipality of Budapest has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in the amount of EUR 27,600,000 equivalent toward the cost of the Municipal Wastewater Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and by Global Environmental Facility (GEF).

The project will include the following components:

1. Establishment of Solid Waste Handling Facilities: On-going – partially contracted and partially under preparation;
2. Wastewater Monitoring System: Under preparation;
3. North-Budapest Wastewater Treatment Plant, Nutrient Removal Phase (under preparation).

Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 1995 (revised January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 1997 (revised September 1997 and January 1999).

Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the World Bank’s international competitive bidding (ICB) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business and dgMarket and in Hungarian daily newspapers.

Prequalification or bidding of suppliers and contractors will be required for the following contracts:

Wastewater Monitoring System - installation of a monitoring system for measuring and sampling of flows in the central wastewater collection network. Procurement procedure is scheduled to be launched in August 2006.

Establishment of Solid Waste Handling Facilities - extension of the existing sludge depositing plant with a capacity of 165.000m3 in a hectare of 3,4. The project is to be implemented in two phases: the IV. (basin) - and the V. (hill) phases. Construction has already been completed for Phase IV.

The preparation of Phase V is underway. The launching of procurement procedure is expected in August 2006.

Upgrading of the existing North-Budapest Wastewater Treatment Plant (200,000 m3/day) with tertiary treatment. This project component will be co-financed by the GEF. The invitation to prequalify for bidding is scheduled to be published in July 2006 in the UNDB and in local newspapers.
