Anotace tendru:
Magistrát Sankt Peterburgu hodlá použít půjčku od EBRD (Evropské banky pro obnovu a rozvoj) v rámci programu zpracování toxického odpadu na vybudování čističky
toxické odpadní vody, která je vysoce znečištěná nebezpečným organickým a anorganickým odpadem. Výběrové řízení na návrh, dodávku a uvedení do provozu je dvoukolové.

INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
This invitation for Prequalification follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on Procurement Opportunities, 27.6.2006.
The City of St. Petersburg (the Employer) intends applying the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of a facility for treatment of leachate drained from hazardous waste lagoons at Krasny Bor Polygon, Pontonnoaya Street 6 km, 196654 Kolpina Town.
The Employer intends prequalifying firms and joint ventures to tender for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:
Construction on turn-key basis a comprehensive Leachate Treatment Facility including:
- Preparing of detailed design for the treatment facility;
- Obtaining relevant permits and approvals for the facility;
- Construction of a 5 m3/h multiple stage advanced treatment facility for treatment of wastewater highly polluted with organic and inorganic hazardous waste components;
- Provision of training for Employers staff;
- Operation of the facility during a 3-month running-in and commissioning period;
-Provision of guarantees for effluent quality and costs of operation.
Procurement will be according to EBRD two-stage tendering procedures and the contract based on "Yellow FIDIC" condition of contract. The expected time for completion of the works is 20 months.
Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms and joint ventures of firms from any country.

Documents may upon request become e-mailed to companies who cannot acquire them in person.
The prequalification documents must be duly completed and delivered to the address below, on or before 4.9.2006 (14:00). Documents which are received late may be rejected and returned unopened.
