Anotace tendru:

Vietnam obdržel od Mezinárodní Asociace pro rozvoj (IDA) úvěr na projekt zlepšení životního prostředí v pobřežních městech, a část z prostředků hodlá použít na financování dodávek pro kontrakt DH-1.2 - výstavba odvodňovacího kanálu a odpadní stoky v okrese Dong My (rozsah prací viz text níže). Vhodní zájemci si mohou požádat o kompletní tendrovou dokumentaci počínaje 9.únorem 2007 po zaplacení nevratného poplatku 200,- USD (3.200.000,- VND), která bude zaslána DHL po zaplacení dalšího poplatku 50,- USD. Nabídky musí být předloženy nejpozději do 2. dubna 2007 do 9:00 vietnamského času. Spolu s nabídkou musí být podána záruka za nabídku ve výši 30.000,- USD (nebo ekvivalentu v jiné volně směnitelné měně).

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in UN Development Business No. 687 of 30 September 2006.

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Coastal Cities Environmental Sanitation Project – Dong Hoi City Sub-project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for DH-1.2 - Construction of Drains and Sewers in Dong My and Hai Dinh Wards.

The Project Management Unit of Dong Hoi Sub-project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for implementation and completion of the cited contract. The contract includes the supply and installation of new box culvert and reinforcement concrete pipe and rehabilitation of existing sewer in the wards of Dong My and Hai Dinh as follows:

Dong My Ward


Supply and installation new sewer D800, L=245m along Phan Boi Chau road for section from Ly Thuong Kiet road to Duong Van An road and another sewer D600 L=240m for section from Nguyen Du road to Duong Van An road. Rehabilitate the existing sewer D800, L=201m along Duong Van An road.

Replace the old outlet D800 by tide prevention gate D1000.

Supply and installation new Overflow chamber in front of the outlet at Phong Thuy canal.

Supply and installation new interceptor by HDPE D300, L=637m along the Phan Boi Chau road.

Supply and installation of new sewer D1000, L=306m and box culvert 1200x1000, L=40m along Le Quy Don road section from Ly Thuong Kiet road to Nguyen Du road.

Supply and installation of new overflow chamber on the outlet to Nhat Le River.

Replacing the old inlet by new one with smell prevention compartment, dredging sediment in the existing sewer and manholes on Nguyen Huu Canh road and portion from Nguyen Trai road to Le Loi road.

Supply and installation of new sewer D1000, L=580m on Le Loi road with portion from Le Van Huu road to Muoi gate.

The construction period is 30 months.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines. Qualified domestic bidders may be eligible to receive a margin of preference of 71/2 percent in bid evaluation.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Project Management Unit of Dong Hoi Sub-project at the address below from 0800 to 1130 hours and from 1330 to 1630 hours, Mondays to Fridays. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders starting on 9 February 2007 on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of VND 3,200,000 or US$ 200. The method of payment will be by cash, check or transferring/depositing the above amount into the PMU’s account No. 342010000212 at Quang Binh Treasury

The bidding documents may be received directly at the address below or sent by a courier service on the bidder’s specific request and upon payment of an additional nonrefundable fee of VND 160,000 or US$ 10 for domestic delivery within Viet Nam or VND 800,000 or US$ 50 for overseas delivery. The Project Management Unit will not be responsible for loss or late delivery of the bidding documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below by 0900 hours (Vietnamese time) on 2 April 2007, and be accompanied by a bid security of US$ 30,000 or an equivalent amount in Vietnamese dong or another freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the same address.
