Gruzie - zlepšení zásobování vodou a odpadního systému
Anotace tendru:
Vláda Gruzie obdržela společné financování od Evropské banky pro Rekonstrukci a rozvoj (EBRD) a "Millenium Challenge Fund" (MCG) na zlepšení systému dodávek pitné vody a systému odpadních vod v oblasti Borjomi a Bakuriani v předpokládané výši 21.2 mil. EUR. Prostředky budou využity na dodávky techto zboží a služeb: rekonstrukce vodovodního systému Borjomi -Bakurianï a čištění vod, včetně dodávek vody, měření spotřeby vody, snížení ztrát, infiltrace, exfiltrace, atd. (viz níže). Vypsání jednotlivých výběrových řízení se předpokládá v první čtvrtině roku 2007. Tendrů se budou moci zúčastnit všichni vhodní zjemci, kteří se mohou dozvědět více informací na níže uvedené adrese.

Borjomi Tskalkanali and Bakuriani Tskalkanali LLCs intend using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the EBRD) for a project to improve water delivery services and waste water treatment in Borjomi and Bakuriani. The project is co-financed by the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund (MCG). The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of €21.2 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following works and services:
• Rehabilitation works for Borjomi-Bakuriani Water Supply System and waste water treatment, including water supply - water quality improvement and security of supply
• Production metering
• Leakage reduction and network management, customer meters
• Wastewater System- Reduction in infiltration, exfiltration, blockages, flooding and breakages
• Sewage treatment and disposal
• Improving laboratory test facilities
• Corporate development and city support programme
• Technical assistance for city credit analysis and audits of Borjomi and Bakuriani Tsalkanalis
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the 1st quarter 2007.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be subject to its Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD`s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser`s country.
The time period allocated to the interested parties to respond to this notice is governed by the initial date of publication on the EBRD’s Web site.
