Anotace tendru:
Vláda Vietnamu požádala Světovou banku o grant na financování projektu rozvoje městské vodovodní sítě (v současné době se strukturuje financování), a v rámci tohoto projektu vyzývá vhodné konzultanty pro vypracování plánů na zavádění vodovodního systému do nových oblastí, aby projevili zájem zúčastnit se budoucího výběrového řízení. The World Bank intends to finance the assignment/services described below under Bank Netherlands Partnership Program (BNPP Trust Fund 057087).
The Government of Vietnam has requested a grant from the World Bank to finance the Vietnam Urban Water Supply Development Project II (VUWSDP II), MoF, MPI, and the Bank are currently developing options for introducing a new framework for financing the water sector in Vietnam. The VUWSDP II project has multiple components including the provision of water supplies to yet un-served district towns, modest individual investments to expand or improve service in existing water utilities, and major investments in a small number of the better managed water utilities. The Scope of Services is detailed in the attached TOR.
The World Bank now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, experience of staff to be assigned to the project). Consultants are also requested to submit a brief work plan. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the CQS procedures set out in the current edition of the World Bank`s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.

Relevant Qualifications:
1. Interested consultants should provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of assignment.
