Anotace tendru:
Federativní vláda republiky Nigérie obdržela od Mezinárodné asociaci pro rozvpj (IDA), která je součástí Světové banky (WB), úvěr na financování projektu reformy národního městského vodohospodářského sektoru, a část prostředků hodlá použít na platby kontraktu rehabilitace systému dodávek vody ve městě Abeokuta v tomto rozsahu:
• Lot No. 3:
• popis dodávek: Rehabilitace čistírny odpadních vod včetně vtokových struktur, rozvodných uzávěrů a distribuční sítě.
• Doba trvání dodoávek: 12 měsíců
• Záruka za nabídku: 25 mil. N nebo 200,000 USD
• Roční obrat: USD 16.0 mil./rok (nebo ekvivalent)
• Likvidita: USD 4 mil. (nebo ekvuivalent)
Vhodní zájemci o účast ve výběrovém řízení mohou zakoupit kompletní tendrovou dokumentaci v angličtině na základě písemné žádosti a po zaplacení nevratného poplatku ve výši 20.000,- Nira nebo 200,- USD n aníže uvedené adrese, kde je též možno získat více informací o projektu případně nahlédnout do tendrové dokumentace, a to v době mezi 8:30-15:30 od pondělí do pátku. Nabídky musí být podány na níže uvedenou adresu nejpozději do 8. května 2008 do 12:30 hodin místníh o času. Spolu s nabídkou musí být podána záruka za nabídku ve výši, uvedené shora.

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in UN Development Business No. 633 of 30 June 2004.
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of National Urban Water Sector Reform Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Rehabilitation of the Abeokuta Water Supply Scheme:
• Lot No. 3:
• Contract Description: Rehabilitation of Water Treatment Plant including the Intake structures, transmission mains and the distribution network.
• Period: 12 months
• Bid Security: N 25 Million or US$ 200,000
• Annual turnover: US$ 16.0 M/year (or its equivalent)
• Liquidity: US$ 4 million (or its equivalent)
The Ogun State Water Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Rehabilitation of the water supply scheme mentioned above consisting of works including but not limited to the description:
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) a procedure specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the guidelines.
Qualifications requirements include the following minimum conditions:
a. Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor for at least two works of a similar nature and complexity over the last five years. To comply with this requirement, works sited should be at least 70 percent complete
b. The amount of Annual turnover in supply and installation construction works in the last five (5) years in works that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works under this Contract as indicated
c. Project Manager must have a minimum of BSc Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Specialized in Design & Construction of Water Treatment Plant and must has at least 10 years post-qualification experience in works of comparable nature, complexity and volume, including no less than 5 years as a Project Manager
d. Intended contractor must own a substantial proportion of the construction equipment required to successfully execute the Contract
e. Annual audited account for the last 3 years to be provided
f. To demonstrate for the last three years: The current soundness of the applicant’s financial position and its prospective long term profitability, and have Liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability of confirmed positive credit facilities of not less the amount as indicated
g. A margin of preference for eligible national contractors / joint ventures shall be applied at 7.5 per cent
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ogun State Water Corporation and inspect the bidding documents at the address below , Monday through Friday (except public holidays) from 0830 to 1530 hours.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 200 or Naira 20,000. The method of payment will be Bank Draft made in favor of the National Urban Water Sector Reform Project, Ogun State. The bidding documents will be collected by hand.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 8 May 2008 at 1230 hours. Electronic bidding “shall not” be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 1230 hours on 8 May 2008.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as stated above or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
