Phase 1 - Dredging; Phase 2 - Construction of slope protection; Phase 3 - Building of toe protection foundation; Phase 4 - Repair works on Terminal Two North Quay; Phase 5 - Installation of new fendering system at Terminal One North Quay.

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required:
Bid Bond of 300 000 Euro - shall remain binding by the Company for a period of 183 days from the closing date. Performance Bond – 5 % of the contract value. Retention Money – 10 % of the value of works. Defect liability Period works – 12 months.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions regulating them:
An interim Certificate of Payment will be issued at intervals of not less than 1 month. The monthly shall be 90 % of the value of works. The balance of 10 % shall be retained for 1 year.
