Consulting Services: Carry out financial audit of Statement of Expenditures of the Special Account and of the Withdrawal Applications of Grant TF 051714
Deadline:

The Czech Republic has received a grant from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), and intends to apply part of the grant to make payments under the contract for Japanese Trust Fund Grant Agreement for climate change initiatives for the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy project Selection, Methodology Development and Awareness Program for the Ministry of Environment.
The services include:
Auditing services of the Statement of Expenditures and of the Withdrawal Applications effectuated in 2004 according to the provisions of the Grant TF 051714.
The implementation period shall be set up by the Client (Ministry of the Environment) who intends to complete financial audit of the expenditures from the Grant before May 20, 2005 at the latest.
Ministry of Environment now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.) Consultants may not associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by the World Bank Borrowers (the current version).
Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below from 8.00 to 16.30 hours. Expression of Interest must be delivered to the address below by 16.30 hours on February 17, 2005.
