Anotace tendru:

Republika Bangladéš obdržela od Mezinárodní Asociace pro rozvoj úvěr na implementaci projektu zlepšení kvality ovzduší a část z těchto prostředků hodlá použít na nákup zařízení pro stálou monitorovací stanici ovzduší v Rajshahi a Khulně (kontrakt č. G69). Vhodné zájemci mohou obdržet kompletní tendrovou dokumentaci po zaplacení nevratného poplatku 100,- USD (5.000,- Tk). "Pre-bid Meeting" se uskuteční 12. února 2007 v 11:00. Nabídky musí být doručeny na níže uvedenou adresu do 7. března 2007 do 15:30 spolu se zárukou za nabídku ve výši 500.000,- BDT (nebo ekvivalentu ve volně směnitelné měně).

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice that appeared in UN Development Business No. 508 of 16 April 1999.

The People`s Republic of Bangladesh has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward implementing the Air Quality Management Project (AQMP) and it intends to apply part of the credit proceeds to payments under the contract for purchase of equipment for continuous air monitoring station at Rajshahi and Khulna (Contract Package No. G69).

The Project Director, Air Quality Management project, Department of Environment (DOE) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of equipment.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines. However, countries not eligible under this project also include The Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brunei Darussalam, Cyprus, Oman, Qatar, Singapore and United Arab Emirates. Domestic preference will apply.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Air Quality Management Project, Department of Environment (DoE) and may have access to bidding documents at the address below from 0900 to 1700 hours on all working days.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Tk. 5,000 or US$ 100. The method of payment will be either in casher check or in certified check, or in payment order/ bank draft from any scheduled bank in Bangladesh. The document may be sent by Air Mail for overseas delivery and Surface Mail for local delivery.

A pre-bid conference with the representatives of prospective bidders will be held at the address below at 1100 hours on 12 February 2007.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1530 hours on 7 March, 2007, and be accompanied by a bid security of BDT 500,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. They will be opened at 1545 hours, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend, at the same address.
