Storage Tank Farm Repair - Elimination of Leakage and Reduction of Volatile Emissions Inspections and Tests of Tank Repair Works INA INDUSTRIJA NAFTE hereinafter referred to as \"the Employer\", intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Storage tank farm repair. The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Services comprising non-destructive tests, and inspections of all tank structural elements, the bottom, shell, floating of fixed roof, along with the pertaining steel structure, steam heater, as well as other tank equipment and fittings. Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. Interested Tenderers may obtain complete set of tendering documents in the English language by payment of a non-refundable fee to the following Accounts: Domestic Tenderers – HRK 1200,00 to the INA Industrija nafte d.d. Zagreb, Account No. 30101-601-70882 Foreign Tenderers – EUR 150,00 in favour of INA Industrija nafte d.d. Zagreb by Privredna banka Zagreb, Account No 70100-978-170334 with remark: \"Invitation for Tenders No. SN-13205/01/EBRD1/R-02/JD Tender documents may be obtained by interested Tenderers, on submission of evidence of payment and a written application, at the address below every working day from 12 to 14 hours (local time). The Employer will, upon Tenderer’s request in writing, promptly dispatch the requested Tender documents to the Tenderer by courier, but under no circumstances will be held responsible for late delivery or loss of the documents dispatched in that way. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in the amount not less than 2% of total Tender price. Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before 9 April 2002 at 13:00 hours local time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of those tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender documents may be inspected at the address below. A site visit will take place at 11am local time on 12 March 2002, and will be followed by a pretender meeting on the same day.
