State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (the \"Employer\") intends applying the proceeds of a grant from the Ignalina International Decommissioning Support Fund (IIDSF) administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the \"Bank\") towards the cost of design and implementation of the New Solid Waste Management and Storage Facilities. The Employer intends pre-qualifying firms and Joint Ventures of firms to tender for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the grant: A fixed price/lump sum single responsibility contract for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning, setting to work and rectification during defect liability period of the new Solid Waste Management and Storage Facility. The design should include all necessary auxiliary systems, waste handling and waste storage facilities.
