Autonomní správa Iasi obdržela půjčku od EBOR (Evropské banky pro obnovu a rozvoj) na financování projektu modernizace vodní čerpací stanice v Chiritě. V rámci tohoto projektu vypisuje tendr na čerpací zařízení na pitnou vodu (skládající se ze 6 čerpadel) a čerpací zařízení na vodu užitkovou (skládající se ze 3 čerpadel), na testovací zařízení a náhradní díly na 2 roky provozu.

This invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on EBRD Website dated 30.6.2006.
Regia Autonoma Judeteana de Apa-Canal Iasi, herein referred to as "the Purchaser" has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) under the ISPA Programme towards the cost of the rehabilitation of the Chirita Water Pumping Station.
The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the supply of the following equipment and services to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:
- Pumping plant for pumping drinking water to the supply network - 6 no. pumps, 300/450 l/sec
- Industrial water pumping plant - 3 no. pumps, 250 l/sec
- Pump Test Equipment
- Pump Spares for the initial 2 years of operation
- Associated services to include supervision of installation, commissioning and functional testing, the training of pump operatives and the supply of operation manuals.
Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.
To be qualified for award of the contract, Tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:
a) In the case of a Tenderer offering to supply goods under the Contract which the Tenderer does not manufacture or otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorised by the goods` manufacturer or producer to supply the goods in the Purchaser`s country.
b) The Tenderer, including the manufacturer of the goods, has the financial, technical and production capacity necessary to perform the Contract demonstrated by total, cumulative revenues from the sales of pumps in the last 5 years of not less than EUR 15 000 000, with not less than EUR 3 000 000 total revenues from the sales of pumps in the last year of the above indicated 5-year period,
c) The Tenderer has satisfactorily supplied similar goods and services to other purchasers demonstrated by the successful delivery, within the last 5 years, of at least 2 contracts for pumps of a similar nature and complexity, having a value of not less than EUR 1 000 000 equivalent;
d) The Tenderer and the manufacturer shall demonstrate that they have access to or have available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means, sufficient to meet the cash flow for a period of 6 months estimated as not less than EUR 1 000 000 equivalent.
Tender documents may be obtained from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of EUR 200 or its equivalent in Romanian Lei (RON). If requested, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier in exchange for payment of Euro or its equivalent in Romanian Lei, to cover postage expenses, paid at the same time as the fee for the tender documents.
However, no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Payment may be made by: cheque to the Purchaser, in cash directly to the cashier of the Purchaser, or by inter-bank transfer to the Purchaser`s account with Cont ABN AMRO Bank Iaşi RO81ABNA2400264100189525 RON or Banca Comerciala Romana Account 2511.1-5.205/EUR Code IBAN RO72RNCB3200000000050205.
Cheque and bank transfer charges shall be paid by the applicant.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of EUR 25 000 or the equivalent amount in Romanian Lei (RON) or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before 1.9.2006 (12:00), local time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of those Tenderers` representatives who choose to attend.

Prospective Tenderers are requested to return the attached Form of Acknowledgement of Receipt of tender documents to the Purchaser, otherwise they will not receive Addenda to the tender documents or be eligible to Tender.
