it is posted online (see below). This invitation for bids follows the general
procurement notice for this project that appeared in UN Development Business No.
569 of 31 October 2001. The Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a
credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of
the Mostar Water Supply and Sanitation Project, and it intends to apply part of
the credit proceeds to payments under the contract for the supply of hardware
and software; No. BA-MWSS-ICB/19/G/02-MO-IN. The Mostar Water Supply and
Sewerage Utility (J.P. “Vodovod” Mostar) now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of hardware and software. The type of needed hardware is
as follows: server, workstation, plotter, scanner, projector, photocopier and
geodetic station. The total number of the workstation is 52 pieces. The
above-mentioned goods will be delivered to the Warehouse of JP “Vodovod” Mostar.
The tender also include equipment and materials for LAN and WAN network,
installation and testing according relevant standards and project. The delivery
period is 2 months. Bidding will be conducted through the international
competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines:
Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 1995 (revised January and
August 1996 and September 1997 and January 1999), and is open to all bidders
from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines. Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at
the address below from 0800 to 1400 hours. A complete set of bidding documents
in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 150
Euro. The method of payment will be through bank transfer into the account

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 hours on 11
