Anotace tendru:

Obecní vodohospodářská společnost Kaliningrad Vodokanalobdržela od Evropské Banky pro Rekonstrukci a Rozvoj půjčku na podporu projektu rehabilitace vodovodního a kanalizačního systému ve městě Kaliningradu. Projekt, jehož výše nákladů se odhaduje na 22 mil. EUR, bude obsahovat dodávky zboží, prací a konzultačních činností na: - výstavbě čistírny odpadních vod; - rozvoj systému spodních vod, jeho modernizace a monitoring. This notice updates the General Procurement Notice for this project, which was published on the EBRD`s Web site on 20 January 2000 and last updated on 18 December 2006.

Municipal Enterprise Kaliningrad Vodokanal has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in support of a program of investments to rehabilitate the water and wastewater system in the City of Kaliningrad. The project has been included on the priority list under the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (“NDEP”) and is co-financed from the NDEP support funds. The project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 22 million, will require the procurement of goods, supply and installation, and works for:

- Construction of waste water treatment plant;
- Groundwater well field development, upgrading and monitoring.

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to be carried out in 2007-2008.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan from the European Bank will be subject to the Bank`s Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank`s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII or the Charter or the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser`s country.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from the NDEP will be subject to the Bank`s Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from the countries of the Contributors of NDEP or the Countries of the EBRD operations. Upon proposal by the Fund Manager, the Assembly may determine whether there are special circumstances that would make it appropriate to authorise procurement from sources other than those referred to above. Current contributors include the EU countries, Canada, Norway and Russia.
