Contract description: The overall measure covers design and construction of
wastewater treatment plant in Sevlievo, construction of the main collector
(length 2 230 m, diameter 800 mm) and construction of the connection of 5
outfalls to the main collector under the FIDIC P&DB Conditions of Contract for
Plant and Design - Build, first edition, 1999 (Yellow Book). The wastewater
treatment plant is based on the activated sludge process for ordinary zone
effluent standards with provision for sensitive zone facilities according to
Urban Wastewater Directive 91/271 EEC. The wastewater treatment plant shall be
designed and constructed to serve a population of 32 000 in the year 2022, a
total daily average flow of 10 424 m3 /day and 3 200 kg/day BOD. 7. Indicative
