Město Sankt Peterburg hodlá financovat z prostředků úvěru Evropské banky pro obnovu a rozvoj projekt modernizace skládky nebezpečného odpadu, která se nachází 40 km od města Sankt Peterburg. Vypisování jednotlivých tendrů na zboží, služby a práce se očekává v 2. polovině r. 2006. Zainteresovaní zájemci o účast se mohou hlásit na níže uvedeném kontaktu - viz popis v AJ.

The City of Saint Petersburg intends to apply the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for a project to upgrade the facilities at a hazardous waste site known as Krasny Bor Polygon, which is a landfill of toxic waste located about 40 km from the city where considerable part of hazardous waste of I-III grades from Saint Petersburg companies is received.
Three works projects are part of an overall international rehabilitation program:
Detailed design, construction, commissioning and training for a 5 m3/h advanced treatment facility for wastewater highly polluted with a content of organic and inorganic hazardous waste compounds
Leachate collection and gas ventilation system, hydraulic barrier wall, supplementary site investigations, sealing materials testing, and implementation of capping for pilot section (2.7 ha) of hazardous waste landfill (Installation of access road and monitoring equipment supplied by the employer)
Construction management and supervision services to be provided for the above works at the site
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to take place during the second half of 2006.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be subject to its Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter or under a law of official regulation of the purchaser’s country.
